Lin is a clinically trained psychologist with experiences across corporate consulting, medical centres, hospitals and private. She brings a sense of humour and honestly to her work.
She is practical in helping people to realise their potential by being solution focused. To develop these solutions, Lin draws on several therapeutic approaches including mindfulness based Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT).
