What is the most rewarding thing about your role?
Working with vulnerable members of our community to improve and promote optimal health and wellbeing. Being a nurse is such a challenging and rewarding career, and now, even more so in a management role. I have a passion for preventative healthcare, wound management and supporting my fellow nurse colleagues.
