Samantha is an Accredited Practising Dietitian, and founding director of The Nutrition Code, with over 10 years of experience working in hospitals and medical clinics. She is also a senior diabetes dietitian at The Royal Melbourne Hospital. She works closely with doctors and allied health professionals seeing a broad range of clients, with a special interest in weight loss, diabetes, PCOS, irritable bowel syndrome, vegetarian /vegan diets and women’s health. Samantha has also trained as a Sports Dietitian and has strong partnerships within the fitness industry creating meal plans and nutrition content for national brands such as Goodlife Health Clubs and Body Fit Training. Since 2019, she has collaborated with Gym Food Australia to develop a range of premium frozen meals for bariatric surgery, weight management and sports performance.
Samantha is a passionate and enthusiastic ‘foodie’, who loves sharing her knowledge about healthy living with others. Like you, she doesn’t have much time to spend in the kitchen (although she loves it!), so her coaching style is centred around simple, efficient, and sustainable food solutions.
